The JETRIX LXi6/LXi7 printers have 2.5m x 1.3m and 2.5m x 3.0m wide flatbeds respectively combined with a powerful zonal vacuum system with automated pin registration for quick and accurate media placement. The innovative LED curing system, reduces operational costs by delivering an overall lower energy consumption and delivers a longer lamp lifetime. Designed and developed with the user in mind, the LXi6/LXi7 features many automated functions and safety systems for increased productivity. They deliver new printing possibilities combined with optimal printing results.

The JETRIX LXi8 printer offers a 3.2m wide flatbed, which has been specifically developed to deliver high production speeds of over 180sqm/hr combined with optimal printing results. As well as its stunning top speed, the LXi8 hosts a number of new features, including InkTec’s latest generation LED-UV ink and is powered by a dedicated JETRIX GUI (Graphical User Interface) which simplifies, optimises and automates as many steps as possible.

Mutoh’s DrafStation RJ-900X-U1 prints on typical > 95 g/m² dye sublimation transfer papers. Typical dye sublimation applications are: soft signage and graphics for events and tradeshows, home decoration, flags and pennants, sports goods (snowboards, helmets, …), gadgets (mugs, umbrellas, iPods, mouse mats, ...) and apparel (blouses, sportswear, outdoor jackets, T-shirts, …). Using dye and pigmented inks, the Mutoh DrafStation RJ-900X-U1 printer is also suited for the production of high quality graphics for indoor and short term outdoor use: e.g. large format reproductions of portrait photographs, fine art reproductions, proofs of packaging designs, hard proofs of press print work, prints with very strict colour requirements and much more.

The XpertJet 1341WR Pro has Mutoh’s ultra-wide AccuFine 1600 piezo variable drop print head on board, delivering best in class drop placement accuracy and i-screen, our new weaving algorithms which suppress banding even further. Mutoh DS3 series all round dye sublimation inks with increased colour density deliver reduced ink consumption, faster drying and compatibility with lightweight papers. The inks come in degassed 1 kg pouches for reliable jetting, excellent image definition and sharpness. The XPJ-1341WR Pro delivers consistent quality for volume production runs as well as short print runs. A short learning curve towards consistent production is possible thanks to the integrated sensor enabling multiple automated adjustments and optional motorized take-up systems.

The XpertJet 1642WR Pro 64” is a high-speed dye-sublimation inkjet printer with a new platform that inherits the properties of the XpertJet series. The XPJ-1642WR Pro features new extra-wide MUTOH AccuFine print heads with best-in-class dot placement accuracy, enabling high print speeds and quality. MUTOH’s original DH21 dye-sublimation transfer ink provides optimum media transfer, achieving high density colors with less ink consumption. Fast ink-drying times enables printing on thinner and lighter transfer papers, while excellent jetting and color stability support prolonged print times. MUTOH DH21 ink is available in a CYMK configuration in 1,000ml or 2,200ml capacity ink bags. The XpertJet 1682WR 64″ is a high-speed water-based inkjet printer with a new platform that inherits the properties of the XpertJet series. The XPJ-1682WR provides improved usability and reduces operational workload which will ensure high-quality prints, high productivity outputs, and user-friendly operation. A newly developed multi-stage pressurizing system enhances media feed stability for a wide range of media. MUTOH original dye-sublimation transfer ink (DH21) provides optimum print quality and a wide color gamut. The DH21 ink is available in a 4-color CMYK configuration with large-capacity ink bags (1,000ml or 2,200ml) and new front-access ink cases supporting prolonged continuous printing. The XPJ-1682WR delivers high-quality graphics onto a wide range of materials such as trade show graphics, flags, banners, custom interior designs, apparel, sports uniforms, and more.

The XpertJet 461UF, compact UV-LED flatbed printer offers many features including a larger printable surface area, a larger window for safe viewing, an updated touchscreen panel, an improved LED lamp, optional vacuum table providing the ability for increased printing depth and more. The XPJ-461UF is powered by MUTOH’s new genuine VerteLith™ RIP software. VerteLith RIP optimizes all of the capabilities of the XPJ-461UF, increasing productivity and profitability. The XPJ-461UF allows for finer texture layers which instantly adds value to any print. Tie that in with MUTOH’s Local Dimming Control Technology and  you now have the ability to add high glossy finishes easily in one pass.

The XpertJet 661UF UV-LED flatbed printer includes a larger printable surface area, updated touchscreen panel, improved LED lamp and more. The XPJ-661UF is powered by MUTOH’s new genuine VerteLith™ RIP software. VerteLith RIP optimizes all of the capabilities of the XPJ-661UF, increasing productivity and profitability. The MUTOH XPJ-661UF allows for layered printing to create fine textured prints and Braille, all of which will instantly add value to any print.
