Mutoh RJ 900-XU-1
Mutoh’s DrafStation RJ-900X-U1 prints on typical > 95 g/m² dye sublimation transfer papers. Typical dye sublimation applications are: soft signage and graphics for events and tradeshows, home decoration, flags and pennants, sports goods (snowboards, helmets, …), gadgets (mugs, umbrellas, iPods, mouse mats, ...) and apparel (blouses, sportswear, outdoor jackets, T-shirts, …).
Using dye and pigmented inks, the Mutoh DrafStation RJ-900X-U1 printer is also suited for the production of high quality graphics for indoor and short term outdoor use: e.g. large format reproductions of portrait photographs, fine art reproductions, proofs of packaging designs, hard proofs of press print work, prints with very strict colour requirements and much more.
Mutoh Xpertjet 1341WR-PRO
The XpertJet 1341WR Pro has Mutoh’s ultra-wide AccuFine 1600 piezo variable drop print head on board, delivering best in class drop placement accuracy and i-screen, our new weaving algorithms which suppress banding even further. Mutoh DS3 series all round dye sublimation inks with increased colour density deliver reduced ink consumption, faster drying and compatibility with lightweight papers. The inks come in degassed 1 kg pouches for reliable jetting, excellent image definition and sharpness. The XPJ-1341WR Pro delivers consistent quality for volume production runs as well as short print runs. A short learning curve towards consistent production is possible thanks to the integrated sensor enabling multiple automated adjustments and optional motorized take-up systems.

The XpertJet 1642WR Pro 64” is a high-speed dye-sublimation inkjet printer with a new platform that inherits the properties of the XpertJet series. The XPJ-1642WR Pro features new extra-wide MUTOH AccuFine print heads with best-in-class dot placement accuracy, enabling high print speeds and quality. MUTOH’s original DH21 dye-sublimation transfer ink provides optimum media transfer, achieving high density colors with less ink consumption. Fast ink-drying times enables printing on thinner and lighter transfer papers, while excellent jetting and color stability support prolonged print times. Mutoh Valuejet 1682WR
The XpertJet 1682WR 64″ is a high-speed water-based inkjet printer with a new platform that inherits the properties of the XpertJet series. The XPJ-1682WR provides improved usability and reduces operational workload which will ensure high-quality prints, high productivity outputs, and user-friendly operation. A newly developed multi-stage pressurizing system enhances media feed stability for a wide range of media.
MUTOH original dye-sublimation transfer ink (DH21) provides optimum print quality and a wide color gamut. The DH21 ink is available in a 4-color CMYK configuration with large-capacity ink bags (1,000ml or 2,200ml) and new front-access ink cases supporting prolonged continuous printing. KALA Arkane 1650
The Kala Arkane 1650 is a high volume cold laminator with heat assisted top roller which warms the lamination film to 140°C to improve polymerization. Ideal for single sided lamination with or without backing paper, encapsulation and mounting, this piece of hardware produces 1650mm (65 inch) laminations, can mount on to boards up to 50mm (2 inches) and offers an adjustable speed of up to 6.20m/min.
KALA Atlantic 1650
The Atlantic 1650 offers single-sided lamination, simultaneous lamination, adhesive mounting, encapsulation and board mounting of thicknesses up to 50mm. It’s one of the most versatile laminators on the market, proving hot and cold control over your finishing requirements. This high volume, fully adjustable hot and cold laminator comes with independent heat settings for its top and bottom rollers of up to 140ºC.
KALA Mistral 2100
The Kala Mistral 2100 85" Laminator offer single-sided lamination, simultaneous lamination and adhesive mounting, encapsulation and board mounting up to 50mm (2") thick. The Mistral laminators are high-volume machines with heat assisted top rollers from 30-60°C. The 2100 easily accommodates 2m wide material so is the perfect solution for the high volume user with frequent demands for finishing up to 2m wide.
KALA Atlantic 1080
This Kala Atlantic laminator is for high volume, full hot and cold machines up to 140°C and provides the ideal solution for production environments that require the flexibility for full hot and cold control over their finishing requirements.
