Mutoh’s DrafStation RJ-900X-U1 prints on typical > 95 g/m² dye sublimation transfer papers. Typical dye sublimation applications are: soft signage and graphics for events and tradeshows, home decoration, flags and pennants, sports goods (snowboards, helmets, …), gadgets (mugs, umbrellas, iPods, mouse mats, ...) and apparel (blouses, sportswear, outdoor jackets, T-shirts, …).
Using dye and pigmented inks, the Mutoh DrafStation RJ-900X-U1 printer is also suited for the production of high quality graphics for indoor and short term outdoor use: e.g. large format reproductions of portrait photographs, fine art reproductions, proofs of packaging designs, hard proofs of press print work, prints with very strict colour requirements and much more.
Mutoh Xpertjet 1341WR-PRO
The XpertJet 1341WR Pro has Mutoh’s ultra-wide AccuFine 1600 piezo variable drop print head on board, delivering best in class drop placement accuracy and i-screen, our new weaving algorithms which suppress banding even further. Mutoh DS3 series all round dye sublimation inks with increased colour density deliver reduced ink consumption, faster drying and compatibility with lightweight papers. The inks come in degassed 1 kg pouches for reliable jetting, excellent image definition and sharpness. The XPJ-1341WR Pro delivers consistent quality for volume production runs as well as short print runs. A short learning curve towards consistent production is possible thanks to the integrated sensor enabling multiple automated adjustments and optional motorized take-up systems.

The XpertJet 1642WR Pro 64” is a high-speed dye-sublimation inkjet printer with a new platform that inherits the properties of the XpertJet series. The XPJ-1642WR Pro features new extra-wide MUTOH AccuFine print heads with best-in-class dot placement accuracy, enabling high print speeds and quality. MUTOH’s original DH21 dye-sublimation transfer ink provides optimum media transfer, achieving high density colors with less ink consumption. Fast ink-drying times enables printing on thinner and lighter transfer papers, while excellent jetting and color stability support prolonged print times. MUTOH DH21 ink is available in a CYMK configuration in 1,000ml or 2,200ml capacity ink bags. The XpertJet 1682WR 64″ is a high-speed water-based inkjet printer with a new platform that inherits the properties of the XpertJet series. The XPJ-1682WR provides improved usability and reduces operational workload which will ensure high-quality prints, high productivity outputs, and user-friendly operation. A newly developed multi-stage pressurizing system enhances media feed stability for a wide range of media.
MUTOH original dye-sublimation transfer ink (DH21) provides optimum print quality and a wide color gamut. The DH21 ink is available in a 4-color CMYK configuration with large-capacity ink bags (1,000ml or 2,200ml) and new front-access ink cases supporting prolonged continuous printing.
