The XpertJet 1682WR 64″ is a high-speed water-based inkjet printer with a new platform that inherits the properties of the XpertJet series. The XPJ-1682WR provides improved usability and reduces operational workload which will ensure high-quality prints, high productivity outputs, and user-friendly operation. A newly developed multi-stage pressurizing system enhances media feed stability for a wide range of media. MUTOH original dye-sublimation transfer ink (DH21) provides optimum print quality and a wide color gamut. The DH21 ink is available in a 4-color CMYK configuration with large-capacity ink bags (1,000ml or 2,200ml) and new front-access ink cases supporting prolonged continuous printing. The XPJ-1682WR delivers high-quality graphics onto a wide range of materials such as trade show graphics, flags, banners, custom interior designs, apparel, sports uniforms, and more.

The XpertJet 1341WR Pro has Mutoh’s ultra-wide AccuFine 1600 piezo variable drop print head on board, delivering best in class drop placement accuracy and i-screen, our new weaving algorithms which suppress banding even further. Mutoh DS3 series all round dye sublimation inks with increased colour density deliver reduced ink consumption, faster drying and compatibility with lightweight papers. The inks come in degassed 1 kg pouches for reliable jetting, excellent image definition and sharpness. The XPJ-1341WR Pro delivers consistent quality for volume production runs as well as short print runs. A short learning curve towards consistent production is possible thanks to the integrated sensor enabling multiple automated adjustments and optional motorized take-up systems.

The JETRIX LXi6/LXi7 printers have 2.5m x 1.3m and 2.5m x 3.0m wide flatbeds respectively combined with a powerful zonal vacuum system with automated pin registration for quick and accurate media placement. The innovative LED curing system, reduces operational costs by delivering an overall lower energy consumption and delivers a longer lamp lifetime. Designed and developed with the user in mind, the LXi6/LXi7 features many automated functions and safety systems for increased productivity. The JETRIX XGR320 Roll-to-Roll is a 3.2 metre wide LED UV printer with Ricoh GEN6 heads offering high productivity combined with energy efficiency due to lower energy consumption from the LED lamps. The scale and size, makes it possible to mount and print heavy media of up to 200kg with ease. Combined with its strong mechanical structure and heavy-duty components, including double rollers in both the front and rear of the printer ensures accurate feeding system.
