The MUTOH XpertJet 1641SR Pro 64” Eco-Solvent single head, 4-color (CMYK) printer, builds upon MUTOH’s made in Japan reputation and delivers superior print quality and outstanding speeds at an affordable price. It is powered by MUTOH’s new genuine VerteLith™ RIP Software. VerteLith RIP optimizes all of the capabilities the XPJ-1641SR Pro has to offer and produces the best-possible gradients, skin tones and vivid colors. This printer features MUTOH’s new AccuFine Print Head, which achieves best-in-class dot placement accuracy and an increased nozzle row length for 35% faster print speeds. The XPJ-1641SR Pro is paired with MUTOH’s GREENGUARD Gold certified MS41 Eco-Solvent ink, suitable for use in sensitive environments such as hospitals, child care facilities and more, all while providing users a larger color gamut, outstanding durability, and improved dot gain.

The XpertJet 1341WR Pro has Mutoh’s ultra-wide AccuFine 1600 piezo variable drop print head on board, delivering best in class drop placement accuracy and i-screen, our new weaving algorithms which suppress banding even further. Mutoh DS3 series all round dye sublimation inks with increased colour density deliver reduced ink consumption, faster drying and compatibility with lightweight papers. The inks come in degassed 1 kg pouches for reliable jetting, excellent image definition and sharpness. The XPJ-1341WR Pro delivers consistent quality for volume production runs as well as short print runs. A short learning curve towards consistent production is possible thanks to the integrated sensor enabling multiple automated adjustments and optional motorized take-up systems.

The JETRIX LXi6/LXi7 printers have 2.5m x 1.3m and 2.5m x 3.0m wide flatbeds respectively combined with a powerful zonal vacuum system with automated pin registration for quick and accurate media placement. The innovative LED curing system, reduces operational costs by delivering an overall lower energy consumption and delivers a longer lamp lifetime. Designed and developed with the user in mind, the LXi6/LXi7 features many automated functions and safety systems for increased productivity. They deliver new printing possibilities combined with optimal printing results.

The XpertJet 661UF UV-LED flatbed printer includes a larger printable surface area, updated touchscreen panel, improved LED lamp and more. The XPJ-661UF is powered by MUTOH’s new genuine VerteLith™ RIP software. VerteLith RIP optimizes all of the capabilities of the XPJ-661UF, increasing productivity and profitability. The MUTOH XPJ-661UF allows for layered printing to create fine textured prints and Braille, all of which will instantly add value to any print. Tie that in with MUTOH’s Local Dimming Control Technology, and you now have the ability to add glossy finishes easily in one pass.
