How do I find the product that I want to buy?
1) You can enter your search terms into the ‘Search’ box located at the top of every page. Simply type the product or brand’s name or Art and Craft Nook SKU Number to find the specific product.
2) You can easily browse by brands clicking on the drop down on left or the tabs on top of the page.
3) The sidebar also has a list of the brands that allows you to scroll through the products.
4) If you still don’t find the product, feel free to write to us support@artandcraftuae.com and we will try to help you locate the product.

How do I place an order?
Once you have decided on the products you can simply select the quantity and click ‘add to cart’ you’d like to purchase, enter the quantity you’d like and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. After adding all of the items to your, go to the ‘Cart’ button, it will show you your shopping and you can then checkout.
If you have a created an account with Art and craft nook, you can sign in by providing your email address and password.
If you do not have an account, you can sign up for a new account or Continue Guest.

You will need to provide a billing and shipping address before you click Checkout. You can choose the preferred shopping method. On the final Place Order page, review your order, enter your credit card information and click ‘Place Order’ to finalize your purchase.

Can I order by phone?
Yes, our customer service representatives are available to help you place your order over phone. Please contact us at 04 556 7087, Sunday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. UAE Standard Time. To eliminate confusions, please keep your list of products and SKU numbers ready so that the customer service representatives can place your order efficiently.

How do I create an account?
Simply click on the ‘login’ option at the top right side of the webpage. Provide details of your name and email and we will create an account for you. You can add details of your address, billing information in the account.

I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
Its ok, it happens. If you can’t recall your password or login to your account, we can help you access your information. Simply click the “Forgot your password?” or “Forgot your login” link and type your registered email address. We will email you a new temporary password, do remember to set a new password right away. If you have any problems with signing into your account, Contact Us and we will try our best to help you.

How do I change information in my Account details?
You can change the information in your Art and Craft Nook account at any time. Simply, log into your account and choose the information that you would like to edit. DO save the new information.

How do I order an Item if it is currently out of stock?
If an item is Out of Stock, we are very sorry but you will not be in a position to add it to your shopping cart. Drop us a note on info@artandcraftuae.com and we will be glad to notify you when the product is available.

Are there any special prices for wholesale orders?
At the moment we are not offering any special rates for bulk orders. However, orders over AED 100.00 are shipped for free.

Can I have more than one billing/Shipping address?
Yes, we understand that you might need to receive your order at more than one place. Feel free to check back for our seasonal gift options to gift to your friends. You can easily change your address and billing information by going to my account>address>edit/add new.

How do I add items to my wish list?
Adding items to your wish list is a great idea, simply click on the icon “Add to wish list”. You can revisit the wish list before check out or come back to it when you plan to create another project.

How do I access/edit my wish list?

All items saved under your wish sit can be access and edited by logging in the account and then clicking on ‘my wish list’. Use the +/- signs to change the quantity of order.

How do I compare products?
We can understand that you might like to compare certain products, that’s why we have a feature for you to save products for comparison. Click on the ‘Add for compare’ option and you can scroll through the products for comparison and make your choice.

How do I Share the product’s details with a friend or on a social media website?
Each product’s details are provided on its page, if you wish to share this with a friends you may do so by clicking on ‘email a friend’.

Do you have a printed catalog?
Art and Craft Nook does not print a product catalog. We focus on selling products exclusively online, it allows us the opportunity to interact with you, learn your preference and to offer the best prices. Needless to say in our effort to bring the best products from all brands means that we have thousands of products and we aim to keep adding new ones.

What if my computer does not let me add items to my shopping cart?
You should be in a position to add products to your cart by selecting the quantity and clicking ‘add to cart’. If however, you are unable to so, the cookies setting might need to be changed. If the cookies are not enabled then the problem might occur. A cookie is a small piece of data stored in your web browser, it helps ACN remember information (such as items added in the shopping cart, your wish list etc.).
Internet Explorer, you may change your Cookies Settings by selecting: Start> Control Panel> Internet Options> Privacy> Advanced> Override Automatic Cookie Handling.
AOL select: Settings> Preferences> Internet properties> Privacy and adjust the cookies settings.
Chrome select: Tools> Options> Under the Hood> Content Settings in the Privacy section> and select Allow Local Data to be Set.
Firefox select: Tools> Options> Privacy> Use Custom Settings for History> Allow Cookies from Sites.

Do I have to pay a sales tax on my order?
Art and Craft Nook does not charge sales tax on any order. However, for \international order or local taxes, the customer is liable to pay. Prices are quoted in UAE AED/Dirhams and are valid as of the date of mailing of the order by the consumer. They do not include delivery charges, charged extra, and indicated before the validation of the order.

What are the charges for Shipping and Handling of my order?

Exact shipping costs for all available shipping methods will be available during the checkout process before you enter your credit card information. Pleases refer to the delivery policy for details.

Art and Craft Nook also offers free shipping for all orders over AED100.

Are there any restrictions or charges for oversized or heavy items?
Certain oversized and heavy items may have an extra shipping charge, please refer to the delivery policy for details.

Can you ship the items which have aerosol or alcohol in them?
For shipments outside UAE,

Aerosol products can only ship via Economy or Standard shipping. Most of these items will be noted in the item’s product description and during checkout. If your shopping cart contains any aerosol items, air shipment options will not be available when you select your shipping method on the checkout page. To send the non-aerosol items in your shopping cart via airmail, you will have to place a separate order for those products.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
In case of deliveries carried out by Art and Craft Nook delivery team, if you are absent the day of delivery, you will be notified of the same, after which, you will collect your parcel from Art and Craft Nook Office during business hours, within 15 days. Should the item/s not be collected within the specified 15 days, Art and Craft Nook reserves the right to dispose/destroy the same.

What if there is change in prices?
If the product has changed their prices on the website, we apply the new sales price or by paying by check for the difference, either by requesting a check on the price difference.

How do I add or delete products from my order after I click Place Order?
You can make changes to your order only before you click ‘Place Order’, it will not be possible to make changes after that. You may create another order if you would like additional supplies. If you need further assistance, please Contact Us.

How long does it take to deliver the order?
To minimize transportation costs, most products of small and medium size are delivered to doorstep. Courier delivers in 48 hours across UAE.

Business days are defined as Sunday- Thursday excludes weekends and holidays.

Art and Craft nook does its best to ensure your delivery times, however delivery dates are not 100% guaranteed.

Can I track my order?
Art and Craft Nook will send you the notification of shipment via an email, it will have the information of the order and the tracking details. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can also go to enter your tracking # and click ‘Track’, or visit our Track Order page, and enter your email address to track your order.

How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return any unopened merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. However, used or opened products will not be returned. Please refer Refund Policy.
The shipping costs associated with returning products remains the responsibility of the customer wishing to cancel his/her order on the site. All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded through the original mode of payment.

What if the delivered product is damaged or open?
We insist that you check the status of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier on the delivery order, within 3 days from receipt of goods. If a product is damaged or open when it reaches you we will replace it or refund the amount.
