Mutoh Xpertjet 1341WR-PRO
The XpertJet 1341WR Pro has Mutoh’s ultra-wide AccuFine 1600 piezo variable drop print head on board, delivering best in class drop placement accuracy and i-screen, our new weaving algorithms which suppress banding even further. Mutoh DS3 series all round dye sublimation inks with increased colour density deliver reduced ink consumption, faster drying and compatibility with lightweight papers. The inks come in degassed 1 kg pouches for reliable jetting, excellent image definition and sharpness. The XPJ-1341WR Pro delivers consistent quality for volume production runs as well as short print runs. A short learning curve towards consistent production is possible thanks to the integrated sensor enabling multiple automated adjustments and optional motorized take-up systems.

The Atlantic 1650 offers single-sided lamination, simultaneous lamination, adhesive mounting, encapsulation and board mounting of thicknesses up to 50mm. It’s one of the most versatile laminators on the market, proving hot and cold control over your finishing requirements. This high volume, fully adjustable hot and cold laminator comes with independent heat settings for its top and bottom rollers of up to 140ºC.

Our general office A3 laminator, Neptune 3 A3 that comes with AutoSense, detects pouch thickness and self adjusts to the optimal laminating setting. It is ready to laminate in just 60 seconds with InstaHeat Technology. It is suitable for laminating A4 and A3 size pouches up to 175 micron. Its Advanced Pouch Tracking System detects potential paper jams, allowing the user to safely reverse and re-align the pouch.
After 30 minutes of in activity, the laminator will go into standby mode, thus reducing energy consumption.

Proteus A3 comes with fully variable controls + 6 pre-set controls for popular applications. It is ready to laminate in 3 minutes and is suitable for laminating A4 and A3 size pouches up to 250 microns. Its advanced control panel accurately monitors lamination temperature.
